I originally moved to Poughkeepsie to attend school at Vassar College. When I moved back to the area, I was able to secure work as a videographer for the school. I took each project as an exercise in honing my craft as an editor. Here are a few pieces that I particularly enjoyed working on.
Vassar brought the 1491s to campus for a lecture series and comedy show. I thought they were great. They've got some hilarious skits on their website.
After the new science building was finished, they had me do a mini-series showcasing projects that were going on in class. I like chocolate.
Visiting artists from Germany put on a dance performance about the Military Occupation of Afghanistan.
The installation of a 'Cabinet of Curiosities' by Vassar's Artist in Residence: Mark Dion
I edited this as a student... it still holds up!
A singing tour of campus.
